You get a professionally built program based on my Ironman experience, delivered through TrainingPeaks, covering everything from 14 to 50 weeks of preparation.

 

No messaging, no feedback, no hand holding.

 

Just a clear, proven roadmap to follow from where you are to race day.

My mission is to guide you to the finish line of a full 140.6 or half 70.3 with confidence, strength and resilience. Through smart training, real world experience and a supportive community, we help you build the fitness, mindset and knowledge needed to take on the Ironman distance and achieve something extraordinary.
