My Name is Sean Conway
I'm a triathlon multiple world record holder and have lived and breathed swim, bike, run for 15 years.
I’ve completed 116 Iron-distance events, swum the length of Britain, cycled around the world, completed a 6000km triathlon, and built my entire career around understanding what it really takes to endure.

But more important than records is what I’ve learned about people - why some athletes thrive under pressure and others DNF.

Most people don’t fail Ironman because they’re not motivated. They fail because training gets messy, life gets busy, and they don’t know what to focus on.
Is this you?
